After Much Anticipation

CWTA is excited to announce that we have gone under contract with American Ramp Company (ARC) to move forward with the planning and design of the Sedar Draw All Wheeled Park! This summer we were awarded a grant from the state of Wyoming for planning and design of this park. The general concept of this park will include a paved pump, track poured-in-place skate park, bike playground, and progressive jump line area. ARC is responsible for projects spanning the United States including Ruby Hill in Denver, CO., Bozeman, MT, Bentonville, AR and most recently Berthoud, CO.  This planning and design project will be a multiple month project and we will be partnering with the City of Casper on the implementation of this broad scope project. We will keep you updated as we move forward with this exciting news.

Let’s come together to make Casper a destination for outdoor recreation opportunities!!

Another Amazing Monday

We concluded our day yesterday with more trail and one more day closer to. Opening another new section of trail on Casper mountain. We had members from Fatfish racing, CWTA, and Again for the 4th week in a row CAMBYR. The youth racing team is well underway with their training season and trail building. All of these groups assisted on the new “pinball” extension. This trail is part of the new mountain bike optimized trail that drops into the bottom of Strube Loop. This trail will allow access out of the area giving all users a trail to get off of the road and back to the lower portion of Eadsville. This addition is approx 0.5 miles in length with 5-7% grades. We are actively working on this trail today and are hoping for an end of week completion.

We are Looking for Sponsors

As we move into our biggest trail build of the year (McMurry outer loop) we need funding to do so. If you or your Company would like to be recognized as a trail sponsor please contact us via email or phone (307-262-6923) for more information. We need to raise $45,000 to make this happen for you to enjoy. This trail will be machine built and we are hopeful to have it accessible this year and available for winter use.  Please consider donating today! See you on the trails.
