Bike Park Design Update

We had hoped to provide a more substantial update on the bike park design from American Ramp Company today. However, we are still making multiple revisions to ensure this park is the best it can be for both current and future generations. Given the high planning and design costs, we believe we have one good chance to get this right.

While we did receive a grant from the State of Wyoming tourism fund, it doesn’t mean the project is fully funded. We are committed to being responsible stewards of these funds and ensuring the bike park design meets Casper’s needs. What we know so far is that the entire plan is a multi-million dollar project that can be phased to allow amenities to be built over time. Our primary goal is to complete the pump track as Phase I and add additional features as funding allows. We will share more specifics as soon as they become available.

Duncan Ranch Update

The Duncan Ranch energy lease request has been moved to next month's agenda at the state office. We have been working with the Outdoor Enthusiasts of Converse County to collaborate on a letter of concern to the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI). If you have any questions, please reach out for more information.

Trail Update

It's cold... 🥶 All trails are in great condition for winter activities. Warmer weather is expected later this week and into the weekend. Stay warm and enjoy our incredible outdoor spaces!

Singletrack trails were groomed on Sunday, and grooming will resume on Wednesday or Thursday.

See you on the trails!
